Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved specifically for you. I understand that sometimes life happens and schedule adjustments will need to occur. To best serve all guests, cancellations and no show policies are as follows: All appointments require a 48 hour notice of cancellation/rescheduling to allow Melissa Braun Hair Studio to fill the appointment time. No shows, late cancellations, and late rescheduling will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled services. Fee must be paid BEFORE your next service can be booked.
